Meet Our Head Coach

Justus is the dynamic force behind Toronto Training and FST, bringing over 5 years of expertise in the fitness industry. As our head coach, he combines his extensive knowledge with a passion for helping clients achieve their best selves. Having served as the Assistant Fitness Manager at GoodLife Fitness for 2.5 years, Justus was consistently one of the top performers in the company for several months.

 

Specializing in fat loss and strength training for both men and women, Justus’  approach is comprehensive, focusing on both physical transformation and overall well-being. Additionally, he is a Certified Fascia Stretch Therapist, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness and recovery.

Justus' approach is supportive yet challenging, pushing you to do things you never thought you could. He strives to instill confidence in you through discipline and consistency. Justus’ goal is for you to live your ideal life by first taking your health and fitness into your own hands.
